Those hours aren't waiting around — they are the technique. Every section is blown out separately so that only the longest strands stay in the hand before anything is applied.

There's no fixed price list, because the same service can take very different amounts of time on two different heads. Price depends on length, condition, colour history and how many sessions it needs.

Send photos and you'll get an exact number before anything starts. There's no surprise at the end.

Not if I know first. Box dye, henna, previous bleach and keratin all change how hair lifts.

The bad version is finding out once the colour is already on. Just say so when you book — nothing here is a problem as long as I know about it.

It depends on how dark it is now and what condition it's in. Sometimes one session, often two, occasionally more.

You'll get the honest answer at the start. If it can't be done in one sitting without damaging the hair, I'll say that rather than start and leave it half-finished.

Two or three in daylight, no filter. Your hair as it is now — dry, unstyled. Plus one reference of where you want to get to.

Daylight tells me more about your base than any description can. A photo taken under a lamp shows the colour wrong.
